Acceptable use

• Do not share your sign-in details, and do not let anyone else use your account.
• One person, one account. Putting a team through a course means an account each.
• Do not sign up as someone else, or use a name that is not yours to hide behind.
• Do not try to reach an account, a course, or an area that is not yours.

Buying a course gives you a personal licence to use its material for your own learning. You may not:

• save a recording or a deck in order to pass it on, or re-host it anywhere;
• share, sell, or give away your access or the material;
• post any of it publicly, or into a group chat or a shared drive;
• use it to build or teach a course that competes with ours; or
• remove or obscure any notice of who it belongs to.

Decks and recordings are served to you through the portal and have no address that works on its own. That makes them unshareable, not unsaveable — anything on your screen can be captured by whoever is at the screen. Saving a copy so you can pass it on breaks this policy whether or not it was easy to do.

Do not:

• scrape or crawl the site, or run an automated tool against it beyond ordinary use;
• probe or test its security, or get around an access check, a rate limit, or an entitlement check;
• upload or link anything with malware in it, or try to overload or take the service down;
• take the service apart to rebuild it, except as narrowly as a law you are under allows; or
• resell, rent, or otherwise trade on the service.

• Be civil. No harassment, threats, hate speech, or abuse of an instructor, another student, or our staff.
• Do not disrupt a session — flooding the Q&A, taking the microphone when you have not been given it, sharing another person's private information.
• Do not put anything illegal, infringing, or obscene into a shared space.
• Do not use support to send spam or to solicit other people.

• Do not alter, forge, or misrepresent a certificate, or claim one you were not issued.
• Do not present a withdrawn certificate as valid. Anyone can check a serial — that is the point of the public page.

• Use any workspace, credentials, or access we give you only for the engagement.
• Do not use our methods or templates outside your own organisation, or to advise others, without our written agreement.

Depending on what happened, we may:

• remove the content or take back the access involved;
• suspend or close your account and end your course access, with no refund;
• withdraw a certificate obtained or used in breach;
• pursue what it cost us, including the value of access that was shared or resold; and
• report it to the authorities where a crime is involved.

Where it is reasonable to warn you first, we will.

If you see something that breaks this — shared course material, abuse in a class, a forged certificate — write to legal@eversales.net, and a person at Eversales deals with it.
