Privacy

No cookie is set and nothing is written to your device. There is no Google Analytics, no advertising tag, and no consent banner — because there is nothing to consent to.

We do count page views, using our own database. For each view we store the page, the day, and the site you arrived from — the site, not the full address, because a full address can carry a search query and a search query can carry somebody's name.

To count people rather than clicks, we store a short one-way hash made from your IP address, your browser, the date, and a secret only our server holds. The date is the part that matters: the recipe changes at midnight, so the same person on two days is two unrelated values and cannot be followed from one day to the next. The IP and browser themselves are never written down.

We store what you typed, and only that:

• Waiting list — your email address. Nothing else, because one email address is all that is needed to send you one email later.
• Enquiries — your name, email, and whatever you chose to add: phone, company, and your message.
• Job applications — your name, email, and whatever you chose to add: phone, the area you are interested in, links you pasted, your covering note, and your CV if you attached one. A CV is stored as a file and is downloadable only by the people here who do the hiring — it is never public, never linked to from anywhere, and there is no address for it that would work without being signed in to our console.

When you submit any form we also record your IP address for a short period, to stop the form being flooded. It is not linked to what you submitted and it is not used for anything else. The bot check on our forms is Cloudflare Turnstile, which sees your IP address in order to do its job.

We store your email address, your name if you give us one, and your picture if you upload one. Your password is stored only as a hash — we cannot read it, and neither can anybody who obtains the database.

While you are learning we record how far through each lesson you are, which lessons you have finished, your quiz answers and results, and any notes you write. That is what makes the product work: it is how a video resumes where you left it and how a certificate knows you finished.

We store what you bought, when, and what it cost. We do not see or store card numbers, because we do not take card payments.

A certificate has a public address carrying your name, the course, and the date. That is what makes it something you can send to an employer.

It is marked so that search engines do not index it, so it will not appear in results for your name — it is yours to show to whoever you choose, rather than something anybody finds by searching. If you would rather it did not exist at all, ask and we will withdraw it.

We send receipts, sign-in and account links, certificates, and messages about a course you are on. These are part of the service and are not marketing.

If we ever send something you did not ask for, you can tell us to stop and we will. We do not sell or rent your address to anybody, for any purpose.

We are a small operation and we do not run our own servers. These companies process data on our behalf, and nobody else does:

• Supabase — the database, and the sign-in system that holds your account and the hash of your password
• Vercel — runs the site and the portal, and keeps short-lived server logs
• Resend — sends our email — receipts, sign-in links, course notices
• Cloudflare — stores course files and streams the lesson videos and the live classroom, and runs the bot check on our forms
• Google — only if you choose to sign in with your Google account

All of them are based outside Lebanon and store data on servers outside it, so if you are here, your data leaves the country. We do not sell data to anyone, and we do not share it with advertisers — there are no advertisers.

Account and purchase records are kept while your account exists, and afterwards only as long as we need them for tax and accounting.

Job applications are kept on file so we can come back to you when something opens — the CV along with the rest of it. If you would rather we did not, say so and we will delete yours, file included.

The IP addresses used for rate limiting expire on their own within days. Page-view counts are not tied to a person at all, so there is nothing in them to delete.

Under Law No. 81/2018 you can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, a correction if it is wrong, and to stop a particular use of your data — including telling us to stop any marketing, which we always do. Beyond what the law requires, we also delete an account and everything attached to it on request, and give you your data in a portable form if you want to take it elsewhere. You can be taken off the waiting list or have a job application removed at any time.

Email legal@eversales.net. A person reads it and does the thing — there is no form to fill in and no account required to ask. We answer within 30 days and there is no charge.

Two honest limits. We may have to keep purchase records after deleting your account, because tax rules require it. And a certificate you have already sent to somebody is a record of something that happened — we can withdraw it, but we cannot make copies already out in the world stop existing.

If you think we have got this wrong, tell us first, and then you can complain to the Ministry of Economy and Trade in Lebanon. If you are somewhere else — the EU, the UK, California, Canada, Brazil, Australia — your own law may give you more rights and a local authority to complain to; contact us and we will honour a valid request as if you were here.

This is not built for children and we do not knowingly hold data about anybody under 16. If you believe we do, tell us and we will delete it.

If data of yours is exposed and it could affect you, we will tell you — what happened, what it involved, and what we did about it. We would rather tell you about a small incident than have you find out about a large one later.
